SHIPPING METHODS & RESTRICTIONS

🚨 Due to flammable material restrictions, all orders must be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are not available.

🚨 We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

• Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are automatically determined at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@aerogrip.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
