Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Aerogrip contains flammable materials, which are classified as hazardous goods, making returns unsafe and non-compliant with shipping regulations.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with a product defect, please contact us at sales@aerogrip.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item & packaging
