Official Contest Rules

This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Aerogrip LLC, located at 1759 Oceanside Blvd STE C #161, Oceanside, CA 92054 ("Sponsor"). For contest questions, contact: info@aerogrip.com.

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

The Contest begins on May 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

• Account must be public at time of submission and remain public through the winner announcement date.
• Photos must be original work created by the entrant. The entrant must own all rights to the submitted photograph.
• AI-generated images are an automatic disqualification. Entries that appear to be artificially generated, composited, or substantially manipulated beyond standard photo editing will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• By entering, entrant warrants that their photograph does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights.
• Entries may not depict illegal activity, nudity, violence, hate speech, or other content that Sponsor deems inappropriate in its sole discretion.

To enter without purchasing an Aerogrip product, mail a handwritten postcard to Aerogrip LLC, Attn: Contest Entry, 1759 Oceanside Blvd STE C #161, Oceanside, CA 92054 and include your full name, mailing address, date of birth, Instagram or Facebook username, and the words "Aerogrip #InAction Photo Contest Entry Request."

Upon receipt of a valid postcard request (limit one per person), Sponsor will send the entrant a sample Aerogrip product for use in their contest photograph at no charge, while supplies last. Requests must be postmarked by November 21, 2026 and received by November 28, 2026 to allow time for product receipt prior to the Entry Period close. One alternate entry request per person. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete requests will not be honored.

• Prize consists of one (1) 2023 Surron LBX electric off-road motorcycle, approximate retail value $3,500 USD. Actual retail value may vary.
• No cash substitute, transfer, or replacement of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
• Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the prize's fair market value. Sponsor will comply with all applicable federal and state tax reporting requirements.
• Prize delivery is to a California address only. Winner is responsible for any transport, registration, licensing, insurance, and operating costs associated with the prize after delivery.
• All valid entrants (whether or not they win the Grand Prize) will receive a one-time 15% discount code for use at aerogrip.com, delivered via direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted, within 14 days of the Contest close.

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will be selected by Sponsor's designated judging panel based on the following weighted criteria. Each valid entry will be scored on a 100-point scale per criterion, then weighted as follows:

In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the higher Creativity & Originality score will be deemed the winner. If a tie remains, Sponsor's judging panel will cast a deciding vote. All judging decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be selected on or before November 30, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where their winning entry was submitted. Sponsor will also announce the winner publicly on @aerogripusa's Instagram and Facebook accounts.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within five (5) days of the notification being sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next-highest-scoring eligible entry.

Prior to prize delivery, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to return the executed documents within the required timeframe may result in prize forfeiture. Winner must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID and, for tax purposes, a completed IRS Form W-9 (or W-8BEN for applicable foreign persons) prior to prize delivery.

Entries will be automatically disqualified for any of the following:

• Submitted by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements
• Submitted from a private Instagram or Facebook account
• Missing the required tag @aerogripusa or missing the required hashtag #AerogripInAction
• The Aerogrip product bottle is not visibly identifiable in the photograph
• Image appears to be AI-generated, digitally composited, or substantially manipulated beyond standard photo editing
• Submitted after the Entry Period closes (November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT)
• Exceeds two (2) entries per person (only the first two entries received will be considered; subsequent entries will be disqualified)
• Contains illegal activity, nudity, hate speech, violence, defamatory content, or content that violates any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Entrant's Instagram or Facebook account is deleted, made private, or otherwise made inaccessible before the winner announcement

By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that the submitted photograph is their own original work, that they hold all rights necessary to grant the license below, and that the photograph does not infringe any third-party rights.

By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the submitted photograph and entrant's username in any and all media formats and channels, whether now known or hereafter devised, in connection with Sponsor's marketing, promotional, and advertising materials, without further consent, compensation, or notification to the entrant. Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to credit the entrant's username when the photograph is reposted on Sponsor's owned social media accounts.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries; (b) errors or difficulties of any kind relating to entries; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Contest; (d) technical failures of any kind; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
• These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor with respect to the Contest and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
• This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
• If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
• Entrants agree that Sponsor may, at any time, request additional information to confirm eligibility or authenticity of entry, and that failure to provide such information may result in disqualification.

To obtain the name of the winner after December 8, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Aerogrip LLC, Attn: Contest Winner, 1759 Oceanside Blvd STE C #161, Oceanside, CA 92054. Requests must be received by December 15, 2026.
